Annual Fundraising Banquet

In our world today, children are often secondary when it comes to policies and laws that are passed. Sadly, children are secondary in most churches, as most of what we do surrounds tending to the needs of the adults. Children's ministries are often perceived as simply fun, games, and worst of all - babysitting, as though these are the only thing kids need.

Jesus' disciples did the same thing when they tried to keep the children away from coming to Christ. An approach that tends to suggest that "Jesus is busy with the adults!". But what was the Lord's response to such approach?

Matthew 19:14 ...but Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven."

Jesus' response shows that the children are worth His time because Jesus placed a great value on them.

"Are the Little Children Worth it?"
